I'm sure glad I found Carolyn and Kristi! Of course I knew Carolyn's work in Long Beach and had met her in open houses over the years. I had already come to respect her hard work and ethical conduct when I contacted the duo to list our home of over 25 years. Due to their efforts, the house was listed, and sold, at a price significantly higher than I had anticipated. Every aspect of their work was masterful. If I had seen their portfolio of our home before deciding to sell, I might just have decided to stay!! This is our second time working with Kristi Vento. She helped us buy our first home. Then she helped us sell it and then purchase our second home. Kristi was such a pleasure to work with both times. She was always available to answer any of our questions no matter the day of week or time of day. When we bought our first home, we had a very small understanding of the home buying process. She was patient and walked us through all of it. Then when we were ready to sell then buy our current home, she was there to help us navigate that process as well. She never missed a step. When we called Kristi on the phone back in March, we had no idea how amazing Carolyn and Kristi were as realtors. We checked their credentials and read the reviews. Nothing prepared us for the attention to detail, the professionalism, the unwavering good spirits these two great women give all their clients. Together they are a formidable team and they complement each other very well. They were accurate in their presentation of the market at the time, and of the need to repair certain things around our house before selling. They work with an experienced stager who worked wonders with our furniture and had very useful tips to show the house in the best light. They recommended painters, electricians, movers, etc. and everyone they recommended was responsible, polite and professional. Kristi and Carolyn were there every time we needed information. They answered our text messages and phone calls immediately with good humor and knowledge. They transformed what is normally an onerous and stressful project (buying and selling a house) into an interesting and enjoyable experience with minimal amount of stress. Words can't describe what a great job that Carolyn and Kristi did for me and my family. First of all they found us the house of our dreams. This is because they are experts in the Park Estates neighborhood and always have their finger on the pulse of what is going on. She worked so hard day in and day out to get my house as much exposure as possible. When my house did sell she was right there by my side to find me my next home.
